Application

The HF drilling machine is used for drilling pipes and hollow bodies made of aluminum with low wall thickness.

• Water-cooled high-frequency drilling spindle
• RPM (infinitely variable) is set automatically when the drill ø is entered
• Drill feed is freely programmable
• Cooling unit with flow switch for cooling the drill spindle
• Minimum-quantity cooling lubrication system with level control
• Machine table with adapter plate for mounting devices
• Device height above the machine table: 100mm - 250mm
• Suction device for connecting an industrial vacuum cleaner
• Optimum chip removal by automated compressed air cleaning of the work piece (pipe) during drilling

• Memory capacity for 500 datasets
• Simatic HMI TP700 Comfort control panel with graphically supported, operator-led interface via touch screen
• Start-up via safe two-handed control / manual operation
